<p>Condominium on the Bay is a 19 story high rise in Sarasota. This project presented many challenges for FSR, but Florida Southern rose to the occasion and successfully completed this major project on time and on budget. FSR continues to perform yearly inspections and maintenance at Condominium on the Bay to ensure the long lasting performance of this Firestone roof system.</p>
