The Gulf Coast Builders Exchange was formed in 1952 by a small group of 20 Sarasota contractors to serve the business needs of local building contractors, and to promote "members working with members." The Builders Exchange, reorganized in 1998 as Gulf Coast Builders Exchange, Inc., has never lost sight of these objectives and takes pride in the fact that its members include some of the most respected and influential companies in the area. Needless to say, FSR is proud to be a part of the GCBE.
