When you call our office, one of our appointment schedulers will answer and get you scheduled with one of our residential roofing specialists. After we schedule you, we’ll email you an appointment confirmation which will include a picture of your consultant as well as the AsktheSeal stamp of approval. The AsktheSeal stamp of approval means the employee has been ran through a thorough national criminal background check. Your security and safety is our number one priority and we want you to know who you will be opening your door for.
The First Visit
Our residential roofing specialist will meet with you at your scheduled appointment time and when he arrives he will be in a Florida Southern Roofing marked vehicle with a photo ID badge for your security. After arriving he will do an exterior evaluation of your home. He will do a detailed inspection from the inside out, taking measurements of your roof area. Being present when our specialist comes to your home will allow him access to possible problem areas – and you the opportunity to discuss any concerns that you might have.
After assessing your home and taking measurements, as well as discussing any concerns and additions to your estimate you would like, your roofing specialist will give you a detailed proposal for your roof installation project. The proposal will have a break down of charges, a scope of work, any additions, a style & color selection sheet, and other applicable documents to your roof replacement project. At this time you can discuss any details you would like to amend or add to your proposal and your roofing specialist can go over any details on the proposal that you wish.
Accepting Your Estimate
If you would like to go ahead and accept the estimate you can do so when the specialist is at your home or after some time considering your options. When you do accept our proposal, we will be alongside you throughout the entire project. First our roofing specialist will provide you with samples and descriptions of roofing materials and colors for your new roof. Our roofing specialist will discuss with you all options you have. A deposit is never required to begin your roofing project and we do accept various forms of payment including insurance and financing.
Scheduling Your Project
After all documents have been signed and received, all materials ordered and all appropriate permits have been acquired, it’s time to start your roof replacement. Our project manager will be in contact with you throughout the entire process from here on out. Typically, your project will begin 2-6 weeks from the time you sign your estimate but may be scheduled further in advance with your request or during season.
